By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the bdt71 platform at bdt71.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bdt71", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease your use of the Platform and must not create an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an active account on bdt71, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdt71 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered users. Persons under 21 are prohibited from creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity and are registering solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not currently self-excluded from bdt71 or subject to any cooling-off period imposed by the Platform or by your own request.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or terminated by bdt71 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or affiliate of bdt71, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bdt71. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility.

bdt71 may, at its sole discretion, conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or following any activity that triggers an internal risk review. Verification may require the submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• Notify bdt71 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address current and accessible at all times.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy, or any anonymising software to access the Platform in a manner that misrepresents your location.
• Ensure that all information in your account profile remains accurate and update it promptly if any details change.

bdt71 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from payment accounts owned by third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and may trigger a compliance review of your account. bdt71 does not accept deposits made with the proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity.

Deposit processing times are typically under two (2) minutes for all supported mobile wallet methods. bdt71 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges for which bdt71 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdt71's finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your account settings.

bdt71 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within four (4) hours of submission during standard operating hours. Requests submitted during periods of peak volume or that require additional verification may take up to 24 hours. bdt71 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or risk assessment procedures.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. Withdrawals of genuine deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless combined with an active bonus.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
• bdt71 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Expedited processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed before confirmation.
• bdt71 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000.

bdt71 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods vary per promotion and are stated clearly in the promotion's dedicated terms. bdt71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, void bets, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to customer support immediately. bdt71 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error regardless of whether it has been wagered.
• Free bets and bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player.

All bets placed on bdt71 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and this general Agreement, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of that bet.

Bets are not valid until accepted and confirmed by the bdt71 system. The display of odds on the Platform does not constitute a binding offer until a bet is confirmed. bdt71 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the maximum stake accepted from any player or on any market at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

In the event of an obvious error in the publication of odds — including but not limited to palpable errors, manifest mistakes, or feed failures — bdt71 reserves the right to void any affected bets and to refund the stake to the player's account balance. bdt71's decision on such matters is final.

• Live betting odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final accepted odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed within the relevant market and may differ between pre-match and in-play betting.
• Accumulator bets are subject to standard settlement rules for each individual selection. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

All registered players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all of which are accessible through the account settings page.

bdt71 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person who is subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed or administratively imposed. Any player who circumvents a self-exclusion to access the Platform does so in breach of these Terms & Conditions, and any winnings generated during such a period may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt71. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with any player, team, official, or third party in relation to an event on which bets are placed.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or the deliberate exploitation of system errors.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with bdt71.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt71 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.

All content on the bdt71 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bdt71 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of bdt71.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bdt71.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt71, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or system interruption.

bdt71 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdt71 shall not be liable for any interruption of service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment processor delays, natural disasters, or acts of government.

bdt71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or the inability to continue offering services to players in your jurisdiction.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdt71 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to apply any losses suffered by bdt71 as a result of the breach against the balance held in the account.

bdt71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdt71 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where operationally feasible, notice of material changes may also be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically and to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure as set out in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute arising in connection with your use of the bdt71 Platform shall first be submitted to bdt71's internal dispute resolution process. bdt71 is committed to the fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
